Jenny Lake Boating

Travers Smith
Travers was born in Littleton, New Hampshire. He grew up throughout New England in “mountainous” places like the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and upstate New York. In 2002, Travers moved to Wyoming looking for bigger mountains. What he found was a place rich in natural wonder, history, and quality of life.
Travers spend his time in Jackson skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, boating, surfing, climbing, fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, horseback riding and hiking…to name just a few. What he really loves is sharing what he has discovered about this magical place with visitors in both the summer and winter.

Kyle Goldstein
Kyle grew up in upstate New York and went to college in North Carolina. He earned a teaching degree in health, English and Physical Education. He always had a love for the outdoors and loved new places and trying new things. He moved to Jackson Hole to be a ski bum and see if he could make it through a winter. He drove across the country and straight to Jenny Lake, that was in 2003. He fell in love with the Tetons and Jenny Lake and knew he would never leave. Kyle likes outdoor activities like snowboarding, snowmobiling, hiking and golfing. He enjoys sharing his love for the lake and the Jackson Hole area with folks that come to see us . No two days are the same at JLB and he enjoys the challenges of safely and efficiently showing visitors the Jenny Lake area via our shuttle service. Come see us at the lake!

Jerret Mater
Jerret moved west to Jackson from central Pennsylvania in 2000, after graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Photography. An avid outdoorsman, the Tetons were the ultimate playground for his recreational passions. He started his first season at Jenny Lake Boating in 2004. During his downtime, he enjoys snowboarding at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, fly-fishing on the Snake River, and fighting his fear of heights somewhere high in the mountains.

Brad St.Clair
Brad St. Clair has been with Jenny Lake Boating in some capacity since 2002. He started in a
part time role as an assistant on the dock on an as-needed basis to help as season-end staffing
was short. That role continued until 2015 when Brad joined JLB on a full time basis. He enjoys fishing and hiking. The Tetons provide him with the best opportunities for all of his recreational activities. He loves to share his enthusiasm for Jenny Lake and Grand Teton National Park with everyone who comes through.
